Hi my name is Jay. I am in need of $8000.00 by January 28,2009. The money is to pay my past due mortgage. Back in 2006 I filed for a chapter 13 to help protect my home and to eliminate some other bills. The chapter 13 did not lower my out of pocket expences, it only did more damage to me.
I have a wife and 2 sons, if we lose this house we have no where to go. Back in July of this year I was hurt at work, and my employer Chastain Chem Dry felt it was in their best intrest not to hire me back.
So I only receive the little money from un employment, which is not enough to live on. If you can help please help us.
